Beyonce deserves to stop selling all together because of how she treated Partition. Mine and Flawless are her only hope at this point. I suppose urban airplay is better than no airplay at all. Unfortunately everyone in the urban community who would even consider buying her music has already done so. Any single she releases to urban will fail to go gold and will chart horribly. Pretty Hurts is her only chance at a pop hit, but it sucks so that won't work either.

Because no one in the US cared about her. She was irrelevant outside of a small sector of the urban and gay community. White teenaged girls, her main fanbase right now, had no idea she existed.

Had Britney had good singles and just one watchable interview, the BJ era would've been much more successful. In fact, a great video and two great singles is all she really needs. A good interview kind of seems out of reach at this point
