well what about co-workers, people from high school you never really talked to in high school but still have on social media, etc? One of my closest friends I never talked to from high school but we went to the same school, had the same classes, etc. And if all else fails you can move somewhere new if it's an option

I am not even sure how it happened. One second we were talking about thread spam in The Lounge.... the next it exploded into a war of words from both members AND mods.
I will say that most of the mods are good and at least try to be fair.
Sometimes I think they are not aware of their own biases. Like when Retro comes out and says that mods are not biased..... I mean. OF COURSE they are biased. Everyone is biased in some way. You cannot really come to terms with your biases until you recognize them.
That said. They do have good intentions imo.

I've wanted to drop my 3 closest friends at one point, but their all I have (as far as friends go)
I currently only love one friend.
The rest have been testing my patience for almost a year and the worst part is that they used to be amazing.
Hopefully things change in college.

That's the excitement! Re-build your life from the ground up. And you can be anyone you wanna be but don't do that. I find that whenever I'm stuck in a rut in life or slip into depression it's moreso because I need a change of scenery. So I'll travel and etc

Agreed. Not that we're owed anything, but they've been prattling on about this damn upgrade since before I even joined and was a sad old lurker. It's time to STFU about it and actually implement it.
