No more discussion about H-I-M or what he said, it was just 1 of 10 points, if you don't want to be banned don't allow your warning points to reach the danger zone, it's not that hard.

help request to complain about warning points. Though for you there is no need, there's already an open help request about this warning from someone complaining that the post wasn't warned yet. And later it actually was warned, and now we're discussing whether it should be warned at all.
Complicated, I know.
