I can't imagine Wallace not returning, so yeah.

Swampert could use a better ability though, I guess it depends on his stats, but with that design I can't see him getting faster.

He needed something like Thick Fat in MegaVenu.

Sceptile's is just tragic and makes no sense.

It probably won't get a boost in speed at all but all other stats get a boost.

He'll probably come back as a post-game character and give you Milotinite and that'll be it.

But 60 Speed is not anything special even under Rain.
I think he'll be used regardless just for his stats. I wonder if he'll be viable over Rotom-W though....
With Slack Off, things would change.

The starter megas have grown on me, although they really could've done more with Sceptile.
