I was reading Taco Bell's wikipedia page (don't ask why) and it seems like the only country that is here for it is the US. Pretty much everywhere else they've attempted to expand the brand to has flopped Whatevs, that just means more for me

Adding extra veggies to a burger doesn't make it healthier. The most unhealthy part of fast food is the salt and calories. Adding veggies cures neither of those problems.

If you look at how much food you get per $$$ they are going to be equal. Both Carls Jr's and Wendy's burgers are bigger than McDonalds.

I remember hearing that the salads at mcdonalds are actually even more unhealthy then the burgers because of the high amount of sugar or something. IDK if that's actually true but I wouldn't be surprised
