The way the Grammy committee chooses Album of the Year nominees is so hilarious. 1300 members send their lists, which include the top 5 albums of the tracking period. They compile a list of albums with the most votes and needle-drop. They preview 3-4 songs from each album, which is followed by a secret ballot. Your job is to pick the best albums of the year and you have only 20 albums to listen to but you don't actually listen to the albums of any songs from them in full.
