I can't think of a last artist who had their first 3 singles be that good to be honest. Ariana had The Way / Baby I / Right There but the latter 2 flopped.

She's not happening this year but her reviews are amazing.

The Spectacular Now is pretty good. It suffers from American indie syndrome from time to time but the script is tight and Woodley and Teller have great chemistry together. It's low key but still packs a punch.

Have u seen Shai's best friend Brie Larson in Short Term 12? Now that's a superlative performance, the best one from 2013.

Yeah, seen Specatcular and agree.

And yes, yes, yes!! Brie was so top-notch. Last year had quite a few super female performances in indie movies.
