She seems to be having fun in Vegas (most of the time). With the issues that she already has, I don't think she can possibly always look happy and on point out there.
We already saw what 2010 did to her It's better she keeps herself busy and stable.

Her power Didn't even know she had an album out
Perfect timing considering we're discussing Allahnet's global impact. Yet another example of Janet's lasting impact

I only counted performances that actually gave her a boost on iTunes (no but I really forgot about that). Poor XO.

"Chanteuse" was tentatively earmarked for a release in March 2013, but was then pushed to July 23, then to May 6, 2014 and finally May 27. The promotion for the new set started back in August 2012 with the release of the single "Triumphant (Get 'Em)," a song which does not appear on "Chanteuse." The new album's most recently charting single on the Billboard Hot 100 was "You're Mine (Eternal)," which spent one week on the list, peaking at No. 88.

I finally listened to Meat. I Am Moo.
It has song cute songs. The middle of the album is by far the best. The beginning few tracks and the end few tracks are kind of meh.

the 4 and BERNARD eras being totally uneventful
And the way they cling onto the lyrics from DIL having impact. Run The World was being quoted/reference a lot, too. And no one mentions (or remembers) it now.

The breaks in-between the songs. How could she even afford half a day off with that amount of dates?

The fact that Celine did 700 shows in Vegas over a 4 year period
AND found time to record two albums and do a 132 date world tour (which grossed $279m, poor Mrs Camel Toe) during her time off.
THEN went back to Vegas in 2011, recorded 2 albums in 2013 (an English and a French) while in Vegas, promoted them worldwide, and then went on a sold out mini-tour of Europe before returning to Vegas for her residency which is booked until 2019.
What kind of queen?

Kinda respect her, kinda think she stole the next Gen Britney Bot model and dressed her up as Celine while she is sipping Syrup in Canada.
