That's right there is nothing to lose at this point, hardly anyone outside the stan world knows about GUY, they just think Gaga is just not out there now.
If Gypsy does well on the radio, I'd say bonus. Will sell ARTPOP more, will bring a positive note to a future release, even album release.
With Gypsy she can't go wrong unless she brings a MV with her scissoring Millie while being puked on. It's a non offensive, nostalgic song and the reason why random people or call them "GP" will like it.
