I prefer MMC over the soundtracks but some tracks on HM3 are on par with some Miley tracks. They're generally more pop-oriented than Miley's studio album tracks, though -- and include more ballads.
I'll have to try them out, I'm not into the bubblegum pop stuff of her earlier soundtracks that's why I never checked for the others.
