Justin used racially charged epithets and language with racist intent. Whether it was meant for "humour" or not, it is racist. Making excuses is just missing the point and a waste of time.
Where did Justin learn the jokes from? The meaning behind them was taught to him by whom?
Let us not forget that racism HAS to be taught.
There is no gene for racism, hate or prejudice. Those are societal inventions.
