Doesn't that happen all the time in the UK tho? I mean as long it's not a massive single, the top position will change from week to week. I guess it's also because of the late arrival of singles that previously smashed in other countries. Their charts also kinda reflect the releasing method of ICON (which is obviously their favorite artist) and I don't see anything wrong with that.
