Britney sings live, it's just that her voice is so powerful and versatile that she can sound exactly like any studio track that she's ever recorded in her career.
She's also a VERY skilled ventriloquist so she was obviously just messing with us when it seemed as if she wasn't moving her lips along with Alien.

Everybody knows Britney does not sing live, I don't get why people get upset. If you're not the one attending her Vegas shows then don't worry about it. Britney surely doesn't care and neither do I quite frankly. She could take a nap right on stage and I would still watch it and love her.
