Really? I've heard What's Luv and Always On Time, I vaguely remember those. Not heard of the other songs you posted. I don't really listen to R&B, I used to just listen to top 40 radio as a kid.
Top 40 radio in US was even filled with mostly Urban songs in early 2000's which is why every song that went #1 in 2002-2004 was R&B/Hip-Hop excluding American Idol songs.
