I don't think so. Unless you can find the post and prove me wrong, lol. But I've heard it a few times from people on the Gaga forums. I just don't buy it though. Perhaps Bobby was the one who set up the more generic promo stuff, but as far as 'mastermind' goes, how could it have been anyone but Troy who put the entire plan into place? He was the manager, not Bobby. Like I said, it doesn't make sense.
Becoming an open book for her fans was the worst mistake of her career, and LM just precipitated that. Everyone like the fact that Gaga was mysterious, and she didn't always talk about her creative process or personal life. Now she's basically said everything and no one cares anymore.

Didn't she say she needs two months to prepare? And it's in early February? So she'll finish artRAVE, grind on Taylor for a couple of weeks and then go straight into training for the trip? What a waste.

The spaceship is cool and all but I am dreading it. I don't think it is smart at all. But Cheek to Cheek is fantastic and will save her for good.

Honestly, she seemed lazy this era. Maybe she was depressed, but give me a ****ing break. She's one of the world's biggest superstars, how depressed could she possibly be? Get off your ass and do a talk show or something. Promote your ****ing album. Compared to the BTW era, she was basically invisible this era. This album could've been platinum easily already had she actually put some effort into promoting.

hopefully the arRAVE gets cancelled so I can get my money back (honestly I would rather this happen I have no desire or anticipation for this tour)

I still think Born This Way is one of the best albums I've ever listened to, though. If I detach it from any of the baggage the era carried around, it's really special to me

I have a feeling she wrote Venus right after accepting that mission trip, thinking she'd have an iconic hit to already perform when she got there. And then they undermined her with one f the greatest tracks of her career, DWUW.

she had the potential to do right but she ****ed it up for what? half her fanbase left her as well as half the world nobody is checking for Gaga anymore and that's her fault

A lot of her performances were incredible, 3/4 of the music on the album was amazing, but it didn't work as a cohesive album for me. Sounded like a Greatest Hits, because it didn't have a real concept.
I loved most of the DWUW and Applause era actually, aside from the ARTPOP release week. Everything went downhill for me since mid-December.

Ooh the week Applause was released was such a nightmare. To see someone who previously had so much dignity and class and who used to be 'above it all', beg her fans to buy multiple copies and just doing the most on twitter/lm.com in general ever since

It's so crazy how we took everything for granted back in 2009/2010. She was just slaying left and right. And then we started seeing the cracks in the BTW era. And then MTN happened. And then Applause. And now here we are.
