Look, I found this on BBJLO:
"So guys I noticed on the presale site if you just put in any country to order the deluxe bundle you can still change it to your country during the checkout process and it still goes through.
For example it says its sold out in the United States, so I clicked on the Canada link and added it to my cart from there, once I was on the next page I switched my country back over to the United States and it let me place an order even still. So for the US fans who want the bundle package you might want to try and see if this works for you."
