Beyonce is definitely gonna be some sort of Legend but she'll be one of those legends where no one knows her songs and with no real musical legacy.
Rihanna's only been in the game 9 years and she's already had more impact and influence than her. Plus so many artists have cited Rih as an inspiration and muse.
Also Beyonce being liked is more of a meme thing.
