The Bad Kids extra lyrics were removed from the album version at the last minute due to time constraints. At the BTW listening party, the original version was played. It's out there somewhere Electric Chapel was also cut last minute, because Interscope wanted to avoid compression issues.
Favorite user already, Marry The Night is her best song.
It's the underrated gem of her career. She tried so hard to make it a hit. I did too, but my daily radio requests and multiple bought copies obviously just weren't enough.
Okay small rant but I wish we could know why G.U.Y. was just left to flounder. Was it supposed to be akin to a "buzz single"? It barely felt like a Gaga single. I mean, I always hoped it would smash, but the realistic part of me knew it wouldn't, but a peak at #76? I never expected that. If the song was promoted more, I would sit and keep my mouth shut, but I mean just one televised performance? That kind of promotion is a little too conservative in my opinion. And it's not like there was any lack of promotional spots: both the iHeartRadio Music Awards and the Billboard Music Awards (via satellite) would have been great promotional opportunities and would have sent the song to at least a higher peak, boosted album sales just a bit, and increased interest in the tour. And I mean the song is a good 2-3 times better live. The David Letterman performance really made me like the song a lot more. I mean just look at this.
That would have been so nice to watch at the two aforementioned music awards.
