I always thought they were friends but Mel just like "Nope, she's my boss that's it." and he basically said TMT will get the Festival treatment in terms of outfits.. meaning she'll be wearing something new every show. Hackney was from her best vocally or even in terms of dancing but she made up for it with all that energy and actually changing up the script while interacting with the crowd.

Honestly if she would just have more energy while performing it would make her performance 50% better. Just look at Gwen Stefani she's far from being a vocalist and even a dancer but the energy she will bring the stage makes up for all she doesn't have.

Energy is the key.

I think TMT will be amazing in terms of energy considering it's only 6 shows and she's basically only doing
2 show - 7 days off - 2 shows - 4 days off - 2shows - OVER

I suppose he could keep working for her though. I'm sure she and her team are willing to spend big money on him. Plus, fashion is his job. He probably just watching fashion shows, looks at collections and then sends her an email saying "wear this" or if he sees something that he thinks would work on her, he lets her know. He's juggled other projects in the past. I don't want to lose him though. What Mel's done for her career....he's my favourite member in her team.

CFDA are Monday.
Rihanna is in need of revamping in her team, Mel included. I wouldn't mind her finding someone new.
He seems tired of having to revolve his life around Rihanna and wants to be more free of his own time. I'm guessing he might not be there for the tour after TMT.
