Yes. The melodyne goes wrong and pitches it weirdly. It's exactly when she says "in" and it continues through the "your" and ends on quickly on the "eyesssssssssssss"
She does sing live, just softly under the album studio track playing. You guys can be oblivious to the facts, but it's there. You can hear some of her vocals through out the show, just faintly and rare. They like to over power her actual vocals because she's a performer and knows how to entertain and put on a show. Vocals aren't her strength.

Her voice is sore, scratchy and manly sounding aka deep. Haters will hate, but Britney does sing live, it's just not her strongest attribute strength in her career.
