I agree that she does do this at times, like with the whole "Hi, I'm Taylor" thing is getting old Eapecially in America But, I didn't really think she was forcing herself in that video. In fact, that came across pretty genuine to me imo. But, can she be genuine ALL the time?! It's hard to be happy and want to talk/see people with a smile on your face everyday of the week. Especially when everybody wants/expects you to do certain things and be certain ways.
I like the "Hi I'm Taylor" thing. Gives me the impression that she's still grounded.

‘You may have watched her and thought, “No way, she is just being sweet for the cameras”. But she is really genuinely so lovely and so down to earth,’ Jess said.
‘She popped her head in our dressing room and said, “Hi, I’m Taylor”. As if we didn’t know! She is so sweet and brought herself to the same level as we were. She is a normal girl. I think I can take a lesson from her to be humble and remain nice as people will be remembered for that.’
