I agree that she does do this at times, like with the whole "Hi, I'm Taylor" thing is getting old
Eapecially in America
But, I didn't really think she was forcing herself in that video. In fact, that came across pretty genuine to me imo. But, can she be genuine ALL the time?! It's hard to be happy and want to talk/see people with a smile on your face everyday of the week. Especially when everybody wants/expects you to do certain things and be certain ways.
