Lana is an album artist, so I assume most pre ordered the album instead just downloading the song.

I'm guessing 35,000 to 40, 000 for pre orders alone THIS week or MORE.

Considering Mariah 60 - 65K (+physical sales) and Lana is above her on itunes.
