If that is the official cover then it is truly sad to see how far Hollywood Records has fallen..I mean they are so broke nowadays that they have to use Demi's self taken photos and cheap font to make a single cover cause they can't afford to schedule a photo shoot....... and the music video....I can only imagine
It's probably a time-management issue & not a financial one.
I don't understand why they wouldn't just use another photo from the DEMI album shoot as the cover. That looks so tacky. Hopefully it's just a place-holder until they have a music video still or something. I can't imagine them releasing a remix EP later on with that cover...

Might be the case... Some of the Demi stans might remember when t33nsource "leaked" the Unbroken cover and it was basically the Skyscraper cover with Unbroken written on it instead and we all had huge meltdowns but then HWR tweeted it's just for the promotional CDs and stuff
I actually don't see all the hype around second/third/fourth single covers, don't we buy them straight from iTunes and get the album artwork showing instead? Plus RDC's audio on VEVO was already uploaded with the album cover so I really don't find it necessary enough for us to care about.
“Really Don’t Care” is the fourth single off Demi’s self-titled album.
After collaborating with Cher Lloyd, Demi re-recorded a solo version of "Really Don't Care". Instead of the rap part sang by Cher Lloyd, Demi added new verses but decided it sounded too angry, like a Kelly Clarkson breakup song, and kept Cher Lloyd’s verse.
