How much is double platinum in China? Wikipedia says "40,000" and below that number in parentheses "20,000". So is it 40k or 20k?

Platinum is 20k there I think so double platinum would be 40k. Impressive.
Out of recent releases I recall Prism getting certified Gold in China, I wonder if Taylor is the best selling western act there now?
