Wait. I kinda agree. The Come Clean video is definitely a classic, but I prefer the PWF video tbh.
Let's be real. There is nothing remotely significant about the Come Clean video except the last rain pouring scenes and Hilary looking great in it.
It is too slow-paced, the mix they used sucked and took away all of the raw emotion you can feel in the original album version, and nothing really happens in it. I will never forgive the director for creating such a boring concept.
And Holiday is entirely overrated here. Not even in her top 30 songs.
But I liked PWF vid. It was different at that time than her previous vids. It was simple but still nice in its own way. Her outfit with her long hair tho was hawt.

Not to mention the good sis literally put herself in danger shooting that video (I think the scenes you're talking about with the fire in the background). Her most risky video yet.
Sometimes simplicity is key. And sometimes it's unwarranted. Some people don't get that.
PWF is messy though, only because it was a rushed video with a cool concept. It could have been better, but she was on tour when she shot it. She just wanted a single out to get people pumped about the new music.
