She's not emaciated -- you should be able to feel a boxer's ribs but not count them which is the case for her, at least in the present.
I think in the past her weight did fluctuate which must have been the thyroid, everything good now doe.
(Also probably was the cause of her fur thinning in tattoo-like patterns on her flank the summer we went away and left her with relatives, but that's also been under control. )

When you look at Mariah's career, it's kinda crazy this is her first true taste at flopping in an era. (Glitter + Charmy both went Platinum)

Like 24 years into her career is the first time she won't have an album do over 100k+ first week; or an era without a Top 10.
