I agree with you to some extent, but with so many options available people will always turn this section into a mild version of NHB.

The key word is "constructively". That happens rather rarely in here. Now that I think about it, the option to request "dupe checks" is not listed anywhere. Nonetheless, that's a common topic in this section.
Also, that option about requesting bans should be eliminated.
