70k for someone in the business 25 years is fine, as their fans are much older than they were when they released their first couple albums, also their fans aren't necessarily keeping up with them after 25 years.
150k for a new artist who's always in the media and has a lot of hype, is not fine. There's a huge difference. Not to mention that Mariah doesn't have any hot single out at the moment like some of the people doing 150k do.
