1. there's a big difference between the -er & the -a .
2. I can go to another black person and say it. It was a derogatory term that black turned to something else. I'm sure I couldn't go up to your mother or female friends and call her a bitch but someone that she's familiar with can.
3. If it was a term of endearment Paula Dean would still have a job and there would be no reason for atrl and any news channel to censor the word
