Parkwood is her management company. So when we say she manages herself, she manages herself with this company that she is the founder, president and CEO of. It's kind of her creative team who work on her branding, marketing, digital strategies, visuals, PR and co releasing music with the label (so she gets a bigger pay cut of everything sold). It is also where her videos and films are edited and serves as a production company.
Columbia on the other hand is probably more responsible for the distribution of her music and the shipments that need to be sent, as well as like taking care of all copyright stuff (I'm kind of guessing not 100% sure what they do as a label for her anymore since she's practically independent)
