She just said it was what the album would 'feel' like in which she means personal. She says different things in every interview though, she also said she was going for timeless hip-hop, this album she'd really feed the core rap fan, there wouldn't be any pop music at all and she felt like she had something to prove to the rap community. She isn't performing at Powerhouse, yelling she's the queen of hip-hop while being with a DJ like in her mixtape days, to make a 50% pop album. Not to mention that she pretty much has been in the studio with only rap/hip-hop producers, called Rosenberg and Ebro to ask what they thought etc.
It'll be a hip-hop album with some singing and pop/R&B influences but not like PF or RR
