Okaaay, so, I was thinking doing a rate, for this decade including the top 20's from every Billboard year end chart. I could've included only the top 10's but the top 20 is a better alternative cause I don't want only 40 songs in my rate. And it won't be too many songs to rate as the songs are still kind of fresh in the listeners ears.
