Hype about what? Herself? Nobody even knew an album was coming, she didnt mention it ever, nothing from the album was performed. What sold the album is the fact that shes Beyonce. Nobody copped BEYONCE because she performed Single Ladies at the SB a year prior.
The beyhive wasnt even sure we were getting an album, to the point where people were draggi her, until the moment it dropped.
