The issue is that people think it's completely acceptable to send unsolicited nude photographs to others in a sexually suggestive context. That's a form of harassment.

Sues for what? I don't personally agree with sending it to his mother, but making this stuff public is well within her legal rights since he sent the picture to her willingly.

This isn't ****ing true. It happens, but it's not common as you're trying to make it seem.
This is all there is to the situation. Sending nudes to people completely out of context is wrong and creepy. She therefore has the right to get angry about it. The fact that you are scrutinizing her actions rather than the person who sent the nude pics (AKA the person in the wrong) tells me a lot about what you actually think.
