Anna Nalick's "Breathe (2 AM)" and P!nk's "Who Knew" were re-released. There were a bunch of songs in the '80s and '90s that were re-released.

There are even some songs which got released 3 times in the UK.

One example is Holiday by Madonna. It was first released in 1984 and got #6, then re-released in 1985 and got #2, then re-released again in 1991 and got #5.

However, I've never heard of a song that got released 4 times.
