Beyoncé has never been acting brand-new. Beyoncé only collabs with people if she has a connection with them. Nicki and Bey like each other a lot so it wouldn't really surprise me.
Katy would be horrible, I don't really think Nicki could mesh with Katy. I mean Nicki is going back to her roots so I feel like a lot of Urban tracks will be on the album. And Katy on an Urban track? Nah, she can't ride a hip-hop beat. The only one that can do that is Beyoncé and probably Rihanna but she isn't featured.
