Taylor will never touch her opening week sales but she has much better longevity tbh.
Us is Taylors Japan tbh, and only red failed to out gross distance's japan sales there.

I don't get why you guys say Red has no longevity when in fact it had? Yes it was very frontloaded but it didn't stall at like 2.2M or something, it kept on selling even with no promo, discount etc. and it hasn't reached Speak Now's sales because Taylor released Safe & Sound, Eyes Open and Both of Us in between the eras and 2 of them were sent to radio. It was at 4.1M when Red came out and through the era it kept on selling and reached 4.4M.

They are obvss pressed. They're definition of longevity is low fw sales and 2Xplatinum in 5 years.

They were? But agree with the overall point. "Red" era has had nothing going for it for ages.
Asia really needs to have better monitoring system for sales. Imagine how much we could brag with those.

I think we only had a little more expectation on Red, because it had two smash singles and the promos were quite on point
