She's clearly trying to play both sides of the fence but I just don't think it's going to work. If she wants to do pop and continue to appeal to pop audiences she should just stick with that because at this point her Urban audience has already had it up to HERE with her. She's going to have to come hard with us or not come at all.
And by hard I mean Beam Me Up Scotty, My Chick bad type ****. Not Pnp, crossover type weak rap stuff

Well that crossover sound is what made PF so massive and is the sound she loves the most, because it's a balance (for her).
It's gotten a lot of positive feedback from everybody (especially women), as well as the blogs (esp the ones who were super critical with SS) and it's having a nice start on radio (not because it's a new Nicki single either).
Based on what I know and who I know is producing/sending music to her, I would call this album a more Urban PF. Not to mention so far, the only feature is a "female singer", which is probably (like 75%-ish) Rihanna.
