I don't get his hate for Spotify. I've gotten into so many artists and bought so much of their stuff.

You love Spotify because you're a fan who wants as much music as possible at the lowest cost possible, while he has problems with Spotify because he is the head of a record label who wants as much money as possible for the material put out by his artists. Spotify is notorious for not giving much cash to the artists/ labels/ whoever.

Try the one on Today show Australia 2012, that one shows her natural charisma very well. Not so dramatic, very lovely, smart and quick.
