Slow was fine for Europe and Australia but they should have really pushed RBW in America.
I think they did something stupid like release Slow to American radios but then pulled it back a couple weeks later to replace it with RBW. Too little, too late - Slow stalled at #91 and RBW flopped. I'm not even sure if Slow was ever actually released as an official CD single in the US, I think it was only serviced to radio.
Body Language is my favorite Kylie album and era (in terms of looks, music videos, the concert, etc.) but in terms of promotion/marketing, it was terrible. Just terrible.
If you messed up with radio those days (like Madonna also did) it could've literally ruined your whole career for a certain time at least. They should've definitely gone for RBW while it could've kept her boost she received from Fever alive. A shame actually.
