Worst case scenario:

The song was set to not chart fro some God damned reason.
They have to delete that version and have another version released that can chart (I don't think it's possible to make a song chart once it's set to not charting [see Angela Miller's song when she was on AI])

All them sales on the version uploaded to itunes right now...

It's not charting because iTunes has a glitch in it. People are still buying it, and it's probably charting in the top 20 right now, but nobody can see it

It's not showing on the iTunes Hip-Hop Top 1500, and you only need 100 downloads to chart on that.

It's a glitch with the song charting. It's happened before, with Die Young.
