I'll ban you because you behave yourself and this isn't an attempt to escape the banhammer, but in the future such requests may be turned down anyways!

Moderators only check these areas when they’ve received complaints from members. Warning points will be issued for only the most extreme violations, such as racism, explicit content and illegal file sharing/requests.
I feel like there needs to be a review. There needs to be harsher warning point penalties for people that post disparaging things about someone's age, race, gender etc. Everything that falls under the "discrimination" category.
It's unacceptable in the work place and it should be unacceptable in an online enviroment where people come and participate in group discussions with people from all walks of life, all ages and all sexualities.
I'm certainly not here to suggest what the peanlty should be (that's not up to me) but 1 or 2 warning points for making fun of someone or linking to a page or comments that makes fun of someone based on age, gender, race, sexality should not be a 1 or 2 point offence.
