Honestly though, we've had so many awful winners lately. This season, Cochran, Tyson, Rob, Fabio . There hasn't been a season wherein I loved both the actual game AND the winner since Samoa (Natalie) .

The cast gets a 10k appearance fee for the finale.

I once read and am under the impression that each survivor gets a cash prize depending on how much time they spent on the show before being voted off , obviously under 100k if thats what the second place person gets.

Natalie was such an awful winner; she did almost nothing but ride Russell 's coattails and the only reason she won was due to the jury's bitterness.

Tyson and Cochran were great winners.

I'm glad Tony won, because I do think he deserved to win. I was surprised that Woo chose him over Kass though.
