Tbh, Gaga's success, etc in her early days may not have been solely the result of a better team - I'd say that back then she had a clearer idea, as everyone does when just starting out, of what she wanted to do/say. The messiness of recent times is not just down to turbulence in her management/team but also because of a lack of clarity of what she wanted out of her albums, IMO.
Back in my dragging days of her i use to say she had a mental illness and she stopped taking her pills after TFM....I might have been right?
TF/TFM Gaga was everything, it was a delight stanning for her back then. She was fun along with her music and image. She hid her insecurities/disorders very well.
Her ego became too much. Back then she had to try to be more mass appealing.
And that's the problem with her: she is ultimately, deep down, basic. But she did basic better than most and dressed it up in style and intrigue. Once she actually tried to not be basic, everyone saw her for the fraud she was. The Emperors New Clothes.
I like how you post subjective statements as objective
Can we all agree that Beyoncé is more talented than Gaga in every way, shape, and form except piano-playing ability???
Her actual music is for the most part terrible (the I Am Sacha Fierce album and the majority of the 4 album for example) so no. That's why her music doesn't reach outside of the English-speaking market because her celebrity hype doesn't have an effect there (her music on it's own is obviously not strong enough)
