She DOES have a lot of control, but she isn't the one who sends the audio and information to iTunes and VEVO. That's the job of her label.
Well I don't think she would manually do it. Just be aware of the decision and have an opinion on the matter. But since her label did this "last minute" (my ass!) , something shady seems to be going on.
There is NO excuse as to why it isn't on iTunes yet. It's been almost 12 hours. She should be pressing them nonstop to have it up ASAP. And the fact that she wasn't taking it seriously earlier, like does she not care.
