As far as I remember, she got the worst review for her BTWBT tour from St. Paul too, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's some pressed and bitter reviewer that just couldn't wait for this opportunity to just drag her and her show again.
Most of these numbers that are put in the press are just made up. I mean, I remember Billboard wrote that she performed for over 15,000 people in Atlanta, while the maximum capacity of the show was barely 14,000.
The only true numbers we will get are from Billboard or Pollstar, when they release their boxscores.
St. Paul pretty embraced the BTWBT last time, as far as I remember; she got one of her biggest crowds in St Paul with the North American leg of the tour.
Anyway, the capacity for last night's show was about 14,000 or even more (which is more than average, because the arena is pretty big), so I doubt there were at least 3k available tickets considering there weren't even 100 tickets left on Stubhub.
