Bounce It and Smokin' Rollin' (both by Juicy J) were produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut so I have no worries.

At first, I scanned Cirkut's production discography and I didn't see anything but pop songs, but I looked again and realized I overlooked Juicy J.

It won't be. It'll more than likely have a crossover sound. A lot of the tracks Luke/Cirkut produced for rappers sound like they could be played on any format (pop, rhythmic, or urban).

They aren't that bad lol.

And Nicki is going for urban producers, but the thing is we all know she doesn't want to start the era with a straight hip-hop record. She wants this album to do well and the best way to do that is to have an all radio format-friendly first single. The follow up to PnP will more than likely be an urban-only single.

If PnP is slow or has a crossover sound to it (which we don't know right now), it doesn't mean that the whole album will sound like it. Remember that Vinlyz told us she has some records that are "bounce"-y but still show she has bars.

Why are you getting tangled up in Dr. Luke's personality and personal life?


At the end of the day, if Dr. Luke delivers great production for Nicki, Nicki delivers lyrically and the song is a bop then I couldn't give a **** what Dr. Luke is like as a person.


Dr. Luke's had his moments to shine. Not all of his songs are terrible, heck the majority of her songs productions aren't even bad, just sometime's on the generic side. Nicki is a different artist to the usual one's Dr. Luke produces for, so we know he's going to bring something different.
