The solution for that decline would be: 1- Not go back to country, a la Faith Hill, cause that would seem like surrender and would be met with great resistance frOm the country community, 2- Keep on doing pop songs, but make sure they're better this time around, not 12-year-old Kidz Bop songs a la WANEGBT.

You can't compare Jt and Taylor tbh, they're not in the same league stateside.
She needs to learn how to slay both markets again, red was a good album but one or two more country singles would have helped balance things.
Can you explain the decrease in sales than? Speak Now with no massive hits vs Red with 2 massive hits? I still believe she had a big enough country following to make a difference with her album sales and those are seen with the decrease in sales and less longevity.

I think that once she saw BA flop she decided to go pro pop.

Once LP5 flops and she returns to her more country leaning but still popish style in speak now and she serves her 21 it'll cross 100 weeks a la 19.
