During the NA leg they did. They didn't have many copies though. I'd say they have 10 per stand and probably not every stand have them.
I was the very first one to buy one at my show (in a stadium idk how I managed that). Be there early if you want one, they sell fast. (I bought only one copy but I've heard about people buying all of them just to sell them on Ebay afterwards....

And it costs 20$ or so. Not expensive for a CD + a signed booklet.
